Standard Payment Plan
Deferred Monthly Payment Plan - Enrollment in the Deferred Monthly Payment Plan is closed.
Enrollment in this plan is valid for only one year and those who wish to remain on the plan must re-enroll each year. 2020_21 Lab School Deferred Monthly Payment Plan Application must be submitted no later than July 17 to be effective for the upcoming academic year. Monthly payments must be initiated each month using the payment site indicated on the monthly EBill. Direct Debit is not a payment option with this plan.
University of Chicago Employees
Children of eligible affiliated employees may qualify for Lab tuition remission. If your child currently receives the 50% tuition remission benefit, you do not need to re-apply. University of Chicago employees currently receiving the enhanced University remission for 2020-21 must re-apply for each child or you will receive only 50% remission.
Complete the Lab School Education Assistance Application and submit it to University Benefits as directed on the form, with a copy of your child’s birth certificate. For more information, call 773-702-9634 or email email@example.com.
Complete the Medical Center Application for Tuition Remission Laboratory Schools and submit it to HR Shared Services as directed on the form, with a copy of your child’s birth certificate. For more information, call 773-702-2355 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Contact Human Resources at 630-252-8803 for information about claiming the Lab Tuition Remission benefit. Argonne HR will require: your name, division, and badge number, along with your child’s full name and a copy of the birth certificate.
