University Check Replacement

For lost, misplaced or destroyed University checks that are less than one year old, the Office of the Bursar is responsible for placing a stop payment on the check, collecting pertinent information and forwarding all to Financial Services for cancellation and if applicable, reissuance.

Lost, misplaced or destroyed University checks that are greater than one year old are considered unclaimed property and are managed by Financial Services.
