October 2025, UChicago Bursar Social Media Channels: Our Office has launched social media pages on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Stay on top of important announcements, events, and dates by following us! Find us using the handle @uchicagobursar on all platforms.
October 2025, Autumn Term: Ensure your Autumn Statement is up to date. Access our billing information for the 2025-26 academic year on our Billing Information webpage. Utilize your my.UChicago student portal and the authorized user portal to view your student account and ensure your balance is resolved.
October 2025, USHIP: The University Student Health Insurance Plan (U-SHIP) enrollment and waiver site is now open for new and returning insurance-eligible students who will register at the University of Chicago Autumn Quarter 2025. The deadline to enroll/waive U-SHIP for 2025-26 is Friday, October 17th at 12 p.m. CST. Go to the Wellness Website for more details.
October, 2025, Financial Responsibility Agreement: All students must complete the Financial Responsibility Agreement (FRA) once during their academic career. Students are required to confirm their review and agreement to these policies once during their academic career. Completion is required to avoid registration holds.
October 2025, Direct Deposit: Students are encouraged to enroll in Direct Deposit prior to arriving on campus. This is our most efficient way of receiving a refund.
