View and Pay your EBill

The Office of the Bursar produces statements for actively enrolled student's tuition, fees, and any applicable housing and meal plans before the start of each quarter. You may be billed for additional charges on your student account.

Supplementary monthly statements are issued in the first week of each month and are available for viewing online at my.Uchicago.edu. 

Students will be notified via their UChicago email and enrolled Authorized Users will be notified via their enrollment email when their EBill is available for viewing. Once they receive the email notification that the bill is ready to be viewed, they can obtain a PDF billing statement through their my.UChicago Student Portal Just click on Finances, EBill/EPay, and then on Statements. Supplementary monthly statements are issued in the first week of each month and are available for viewing online at my.UChicago.edu. 

Additionally, students can obtain an On-Demand Statement of the Student Account, where specific terms/dates can be selected. They can log into the my.UChicago Student Portal student portal, click on Finances, Account, and then on On-Demand Account Statements. This produces a PDF Statement of Account instantly.   

If your third-party entity/agency requires a statement/invoice directly from the institution, you must set up a Third Party Contract.

Students are expected to have their account paid in full or have their Financial Aid successfully applied to their account by the due date. Those accounts not satisfied by the due date will be subject to future Student Account Financial Holds.
