View and Pay your EBill
Tuition, Fees, and On-Campus housing and meal plans (if applicable) are billed on a quarterly basis for all actively enrolled students. You may be billed for additional charges on your student account. Please review our Billing Information at bursar.uchicago.edu and click Services to learn more about our monthly billing and payment dates.
Students must be on an approved Leave of Absence or be withdrawn, NOT to receive a billing notification. Please get in touch with your Academic Program directly if you believe you should not be billed for a current quarter.
Students will be notified via their UChicago email, and enrolled Authorized Users will be notified via their enrollment email when their EBill is available for viewing. To view your bill, navigate to your student account portal's EBill/EPay section. Once there, click on Statements to view all monthly PDF statements available and on Activity Details to view real-time student account information at any time.
Supplementary monthly statements are issued in the first week of each month and are available for viewing online at my.Uchicago.edu.
Please View the Activity Details section and your monthly Statement to remain current on your Student Account. Activity Details displays your total Account Balance, Past Due, and Total Due less Pending Financial Aid. Pending Financial Aid is deducted from your Account Balance for the first bill of each quarter until the disbursement date has transpired. Here is an example of what this looks like.
Financial Aid is applied to Student Account balances approximately ten days before a quarter begins. For questions regarding your Financial Aid, please get in touch with your local Financial Aid Officedirectly.
Students are expected to have their account paid in full or have their Financial Aid successfully applied to their account by the due date. Those accounts not satisfied by the due date will be subject to future Student Account Financial Holds.
