Understanding your EBill

When you log in, the landing page will display:

You can click View activity details for a more expansive view:

Account Balance: The sum of all charges and credits applied to your Student Account and consists of the following:

Past Due: The sum of all past due charges.

New Charges: The sum of all newly added charges due this month.*

Pending Charges: The sum of all newly added charges not yet due.

Pending Financial Aid: The sum of all Financial Aid credits scheduled to apply to the current quarter's charges.**

Total Due: The sum of your Account Balance minus Pending Financial Aid. **

*Please see Annual Billing Calendar for monthly due dates.

**Pending Financial Aid credits are expected to apply to your Account Balance by the end of the first week of the quarter and will not show as deducted from the total due after that date.
